产厂家首先必须保证金属原材料严格符合相关规定。目前美国只对含铅量和含镉量有所限制。对其它金属的限制已经在讨论中。由于0#锡合金料本身价格就过高，使用锡合金没有太大的竞争力，大部分客商很难接受厂家的报价。相对而言，使用环保锌合金主要有以下几个优势：*产品无铅无镉，符合欧美环保要求。*原料供应量充足，价格低且较稳定。*材料比重仅约为铅锡合金的一半，产品较轻且硬度、强度均大幅提高。*电镀不起泡。*产品光泽度非常好，档次高。但同样的，要从原来的铅锡合金（包括纯锡、锌镉合金等其它合金原材料）生产线转为锌合金生产线，厂家需要面对从原料到生产工艺、后续处理工艺等大量的技术问题，这对于大多数厂家来说是相当困难的事情，这也极大阻碍了环保锌合金在首饰行业的推广应用。因此，我们可帮助厂家完成环保锌合金生产线的建设，协助改善了厂家的生产工艺，完成大批量的订单。有此需要的客户，可直接来电交流！
