 (1) 确认门洞口尺寸及安装方式（内侧、外侧、及中间安装），墙体洞口为混凝土时，应在洞口预埋件，然后与导轨、轴承架焊接连接；墙体洞口为砖砌体时，可采用钻孔埋设胀锚螺栓与导轨、轴承架连接。 Confirm the door size and installation methods(internal,external or middle).If the door base is made of cement, embedden parts should be set, then weld slideway and bearing with these parts;If the door base is made of brick, self-expansive bolts can be embedden in the base. 
(2) 确定安装水平线及垂直线，按设定尺寸依次安装。槽口尺寸应准确，上下保持一致，对应槽口应在同一平面内，然后用连接件与洞口内的预埋件焊牢。 
Confirm the installation transerve and plumb lines and install them orderly according to set size. Size of slot should be accurate and it’s upper and bottom size should be kept identical. Corresponding slots should be kept in the same face, then weld the joint parts with the embedden parts firmly.  【东丽区卷帘门】，【东丽区安装卷帘门】，(3) 卷门机必须按说明书要求安装。 
Shutter machines should be installed according to instruments. (4) 卷轴、支架板必须牢固地装在混凝土结构上或预埋件上。 
Shutter axises and frames should be installed on the cement structure or embedden parts firmly. (5) 宽大门体需在中间位置加装中柱，两边有滑道。中柱安装必须与地面垂直，安装牢固，但要拆装方便。 
Add middle pillor in the middle of large door. It should be plumb to the floor,be firmly and be easy for disassembly. 
(6) 门体叶片插入滑道不得少于30mm，门体宽度偏差?mm。 
The leaves of doors should be stick into slideways for no less than 30mm. The width deviation of doors should be ?mm.  
(7) 防火卷帘门水幕系统装在防护罩下面，喷嘴倾斜15敖恰?
Water wall system of fire-rated shutter doors should be installed below the protection shields with 15皌ilt angle. 
(8) 安装完毕，先手动调试行程，观察门体上下运行情况。正常后通电调试。 
After installation, adjust them manually first,and care the moving situation. Then apply the power and adjust them. 
(9) 观察卷帘机、传动系统、门体运行情况。应启闭正常、顺畅，速度3～7m／min。?
